I am Cianthe Campbell. I am an Indigenous Artist from Nooksack, Musqueam, & Halalt First Nations. On my father's side, I come from Edward Louie (Nooksack), his daughter Mary Campbell/Dunstan Campbell (Musqueam). Their son Robert Campbell, and his son (my father) Lance Campbell. On my mothers side, I come from Robert Daniel's (Cowichan) and Julia Joe (Halalat). Their daughter Nancy Norris Daniel's. Her Daughter Diane Bucsit and her daughter Rosland Rapada. I give thanks to all my elders who have taught me so much! Thank you for supporting me!

My grandmother (maternal), my grandfather (paternal), my great grandmother, my great grandfather, and many Aunts and Uncles were all directly affected by the Residential Schools. They were forced to cut their hair, they were starved, they were tortured, they were told to not speak their Native Tongue, along with Mental Abuse, Physical and Sexual Abuse.
